  Ms. Gambon has 17 years experience as an advocate for children and families, most recently as the Program Director for First Steps of Southwest Missouri. She has led state and local legislative initiatives and crafted legislation with the General Assembly and Governor's Office for children's programming services. Ms. Gambon has a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Child and Family Development from Missouri State University.
