Discretionary Grants can be requested of the League by any organization by submitting a written request to the League outlining the opportunity and how the JLS grant will be applied to meet the outlined need. Requests are presented to, evaluated by and awarded from the executive committee on a monthly basis. Discretionary Grants are awarded based on the League's current focus on Child Abuse and Neglect and our mission. Requests can be submitted by emailing the JLS at info@jlspringfield.org.  Recent recipients include:
