Assistant Chair of Plaid Door

JLS History:

I joined the Junior League in 2019 and was in the plaid door committee during my first year.

Why You Joined JLS:

 I joined JLS for the opportunity to become more involved in our community and make some wonderful friends along the way.

Favorite JLS event:

 I have always loved the Fall Home Tour. I bought tickets and attended for many years before I even was a league member.

Favorite JLS memory:

 The first thing that comes to mind would the many times we have found some very interesting and funny things while sorting donations during the Plaid Door work nights.

Life outside the League:

I am a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones. I absolutely love my work and being able to help others every day. I have been married for 7 years to my husband Jacob and we have two kitties that we adore. I also am on the board of the Springfield Symphony Guild. We have incredible talent in Springfield and I love being apart of fundraising for them. In my free time lately I have been taking tennis lessons and it’s much more difficult than what I imagined it would be.

Fun fact:

 I am a very multi-faceted person with a variety of interests. One day you may find me attending a black tie gala and the next tailgating in camo rain gear. (this actually happened) I have fun doing both!
